Classy Confections and Bakery is here to simplify eating well. We are just starting out, but don't get us wrong - we're not "new" at baking - with over 50 years of combined experience, we are bringing our love of baking and all things delightful to your home!
Well we are starting simple. We are selling frozen cookie balls that you can take home and bake fresh when you want them! Now, you can enjoy fresh, homemade cookies anytime, in the comfort of your own home, in about 15 minutes!

A few years ago, I noticed whenever I made a batch of cookies, they would be so delicious the first few hours, even up to a day… but slowly they would become dry and lose some deliciousness appeal. I also noticed that my husband was always warming them up in the toaster before devouring. Hence, the frozen balls were born.
We now always have at least a dozen of our favourites in the freezer for an easy after dinner treat or any unexpected company. Everyone always asks, “Did you just bake fresh, homemade cookies?!” Why yes, we most certainly did – without the mess or commotion of actually making them.
So, we thought to ourselves, “how can we keep this revelation to ourselves?” The world must know the power of on-demand warm, gooey goodness. Hence forth, Classy Confections & Bakery was born.

Hi, That’s me, Zanna. My husband, Will, is the genius… and I go behind doing all the little things while he does the proverbial and literal “heavy lifting”.
My awesome Mom (the culinary genius herself) brought us up with a love for all things baking and cooking. She, as a homeschool Mom of seven, started a bakery business for us all to learn and make money from. Looking back now, I realize it was so much extra work for her! That she did out of love for us, just to benefit us.
So here I am - a homeschool Mom of five, trying to do the same thing. Follow in her brave footsteps, to teach my kids to love what they do and help people along the way.
